I lead the corporate growth team at Seedli, partnering with organisations to bring genuine financial support into their workplace. My focus is on helping employers set up a program that’s simple to roll out, easy for staff to use and actually makes a difference.

My background spans banking, advice, corporate super and relationship management, so I’ve seen firsthand how financial stress shows up at work. That’s what drives me giving businesses a way to support their people with something practical, not just another box-ticking benefit.

Outside of work I’m either training, playing whatever sport I can get my hands on, or locked into the NBA following OKC like it’s a second job. I also love building systems and tools that make life and work more efficient.

Question time:

What’s a moment or experience that shaped who you are today?

Learning early to back myself and take responsibility for my own path. It made me driven, independent and comfortable figuring things out quickly.

If your life right now had a soundtrack, what three songs would be on it and why?

  • “The Glory”-  Kanye West
    • Energetic, sharp and a good reminder to keep pushing forward.
  • “A Change Is Gonna Come” – Sam Cooke
    • Timeless and powerful. It’s grounded, reflective and a good reminder of perspective.
  • “Let’s Stay Together” – Al Green
    • Smooth, soulful and an absolute classic. Brings a bit of balance and calm to the mix.

What’s a hot take you’ll defend forever, even if everyone else disagrees?

Clarity beats complexity every time. People don’t need more noise they need things explained in a way they can actually use.

What’s one small habit or decision that’s quietly helped your financial life (even if it wasn’t intentional)?

Building habits instead of chasing motivation. Small consistent decisions compound fast especially with money.

What’s something you’re completely obsessed with at the moment: a show, hobby, book, podcast, or random niche interest?

Training, playing any sport I can and following the NBA. I’m a bit of an Oklahoma City Thunder tragic. I’m also heavily into fantasy sports and building tools and workflows that make day to day life simpler.

If your younger self asked you for one piece of money advice that isn’t boring or preachy, what would you tell them?

Learn the basics early and don’t rush into lifestyle upgrades. Staying steady gives you far more freedom later.

“Do not wait. The time will never be just right.”
